We are all currently struggling with having to stay home and do everything out of just one place. It is a hard time to be able to stay motivated and positive because you are just home and you want to lay in bed. I want to help you get some motivation and positivity in your day.
1. Create and Stick To A Schedule
When you are home you are always wanting to stay in bed until you feel like leaving. Then you leave your bed and come back in 20 minutes. If this is you, it is time to create a schedule. You want to be able to get out of bed and come back until you have to come back at night. The first thing to do is just to make sure you know what you want to do that day. If you have school and work, make sure to separate the to-do list to make sure you fill some tasks that day and the rest the next day.
2. A Healthy and Balanced Morning Routine
Knowing that you will one stuck at home it is good to create a routine. Creating a morning routine will help you get out of bed, get you to work, and make your day productive. If that means waking up and not checking your phone, that is a way to make your morning routine more healthy.
3. Stay Calm & Try your best
Just because we are home does not mean we have to do everything. When you are starting a new task you do not have to finish it in one day. Make sure you are also taking time for yourself. If you have classes make sure to take time to do the work but if you do not finish do not worry. It is time to reflect and see things that are going on. Not completing something can make you see maybe there is something in your schedule that is not right. Mistakes are okay. Take it all Day by Day!
